SPV Special Projects have recently completed the window replacement works at The Holiday Inn Hotel Bloomsbury, London.

  • The contract comprised of the replacement of the existing windows to the bedrooms situated on floors 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 to all elevations of the Hotel using new polyester powder coated double glazed aluminium windows.

The busy Hotel remained in operation throughout the 6 month contract.

SPV Special Projects worked closely with the Client, LRG, throughout the project to ensure that works were completed as specification, on time and on budget.
